Saturday Spring/Summer Wedding Package Includes:
– Private Event site from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm (Day of the Event)
– Bridal and grooms dressing rooms
– Wedding Rehearsal (1 hour)
– Day use of the Ranch House and one night stay checking out at 10am the following day (24 hours on the venue)
– Sleeping accommodations up to 10 guests*
– Ceremony site (available anywhere on our property)
– Reception tent seating up to 300 guests (includes lighting and removable side walls)
– Power supply for band/DJ at ceremony and reception
– Water supply and prep station for caterer
– Tent fans and lit chandelier
– Grass patio with evening lighting
– Dual keg serving bar (also can be used for a serving bar) + co2 tank
– Six (8 foot) & two (4 foot) banquet tables
– White folding chairs included for Ceremony and Reception (200)
– 60 inch round tables seating up to 8 guests per table (25 for up to 200)
– White floor length guest table linens (25)
– 16 X 16 dance floor
– Trash /recycle service
